This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the professional services provided by Zero Thinkers LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company located in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. It applies to all services purchased from Zero Thinkers LLC and is incorporated into, and read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where this policy and the Terms of Service refer to the same subject, they are intended to be consistent; where a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) sets different terms for a specific engagement, that SOW controls for that engagement. In this policy, "Zero Thinkers LLC" (also referred to as "Zero Thinkers," "we," "us," and "our") means the company, and "you" or "Client" means the person or organization purchasing our services. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this policy, including "Working Day," have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.
Our services are professional services delivered to an agreed scope. Refunds under this policy relate to a failure by Zero Thinkers LLC to deliver the agreed scope of work. They do not relate to dissatisfaction with business, revenue, traffic, ranking, sales, or growth outcomes, which are never guaranteed. We deliver our work in a professional and workmanlike manner, but we do not promise or guarantee any specific business result.
Currency
All amounts stated in this policy and in our invoices are stated and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD). Card payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Zero Thinkers LLC does not store full card numbers; card data is handled directly by Stripe.
Zero Session
The Zero Session is a free 30-minute consultation. There is no charge for it, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
The Launch Sprint
The Launch Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement starting from USD $4,900, delivered over a target of 21 Working Days (brand identity, website, and go-to-market, including setup of one commerce surface: checkout, bookings, or orders). It is billed 50% to begin and 50% at delivery of the agreed scope. The specific scope, price, and timeline are set out in your written proposal or SOW.
What the initial 50% pays for
The initial 50% payment reserves your delivery capacity in our schedule and covers the discovery and kickoff work performed at the start of the engagement. It is consideration for reserved time and for work actually performed, not merely a holding deposit.
When "work has begun"
For the purposes of this policy, "work has begun" at the earlier of (a) the scheduled kickoff call, or (b) the commencement of the discovery phase. This is an objective, verifiable point in time.
If you cancel before work has begun
If you cancel the Launch Sprint before work has begun, the initial 50% payment is refundable, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Examples of such third-party costs include stock assets, domain registrations, software or platform subscriptions, and license fees. These pass-through amounts are non-refundable because we have already paid them to third parties.
Once work has begun
Once work has begun, the initial 50% payment is deemed fully earned and non-refundable, because it is consideration for reserved delivery capacity and for the discovery and kickoff work already performed. The final 50% is due on delivery of the agreed scope.
If you cancel after work has begun
If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for the work completed to date and the milestones reached, on a pro-rata basis. If you have paid more than the value of the work performed, we refund the difference. If you have paid less than the value of the work performed, we invoice you for the shortfall. For the avoidance of doubt, the value of work performed once work has begun is deemed to be no less than the initial 50% payment, which remains non-refundable; the pro-rata settlement above applies only to amounts paid beyond that initial 50% (that is, amounts applied toward the final 50%).
If Zero Thinkers LLC cancels
If Zero Thinkers LLC cancels the engagement, we refund any amounts you have paid for work that has not yet been delivered to you.
Timeline and the paused clock
The 21-Working-Day target pauses whenever Zero Thinkers LLC is awaiting your input, feedback, materials, approvals, or accounts. Time spent waiting on you extends the delivery date accordingly. A delay caused by your own response time is not a basis for a refund and is not a failure to deliver on our part.
Revisions and out-of-scope changes
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Changes that fall outside the agreed scope are quoted in writing and approved by you before that work proceeds, and are billed separately.
Ownership of deliverables
You own all final deliverables (files, site, and accounts as specified in your SOW) upon full payment of the fees for the engagement. Ownership and licenses transfer only once payment is received in full, as described in our Terms of Service.
Growth Partnership
The Growth Partnership is an ongoing monthly service, scoped per client. You may cancel it with notice before the start of your next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has started, the current paid month is not refunded, and the service continues through the end of that paid month. This is a recurring professional service governed by your written agreement; it is not a consumer subscription product, free-trial, or negative-option offering, and it renews only as a month-to-month service that you may cancel with notice before your next billing cycle.
Custom Work
Custom work is individually scoped and quoted through a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). The refund and cancellation terms set out in that SOW govern the engagement and control over the general terms in this policy where they conflict.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have any concern about a charge or a deliverable, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly, before initiating a card dispute or chargeback. Email us at bhargav@zerothinkers.com with your invoice reference and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge your message within three (3) Working Days and to work with you in good faith toward a fair resolution, including any refund owed under this policy. Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to resolve a concern and helps both sides avoid an unnecessary dispute.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
To request a refund or cancel a service, email bhargav@zerothinkers.com and include: your order or invoice reference, the service concerned, and the reason for your request. Where a refund is due under this policy, we issue it to your original payment method via Stripe. Once we issue a refund, it is typically processed within 5-10 bank business days; these are calendar days on which banks are open for business and are set by Stripe and your card issuer, and are intentionally distinct from the defined term "Working Day" used elsewhere in this policy. The exact time a refund appears on your statement depends on Stripe and your card issuer.
Presenting This Policy Before Purchase
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. It may be presented and affirmatively acknowledged before purchase (for example, through an "I agree" checkbox at Stripe checkout or on your proposal), so that its terms are agreed to before payment rather than only linked in the footer.
Governing Law and Venue
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute that is not resolved informally are the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
